This privacy statement describes how my company and I handle the privacy aspects of the data you share with us. It goes without saying that we respect the privacy of all individuals we come into contact with and ensure that their personal data is treated confidentially. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We process personal data for effective business operations and to deliver our services optimally.

We process personal data on the following legal grounds:
•    The initiation or performance of an agreement; and/or

•    Consent of the individual when processing special categories of personal data.

WITH WHICH EXTERNAL PARTIES DO WE SHARE YOUR DATA?
We share personal data with external parties only if it is necessary for the operational execution of our activities. The external party may use this data solely for the performance of the specific service. We always require these external parties to sign a processing agreement, including a confidentiality clause. WHERE DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?
We store personal data in various applications that comply with GDPR requirements.

HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR DATA?
We retain personal data for up to three years after the completion of the coaching process. Some data must be retained longer to comply with legal obligations. These are deleted after this extended period has expired. Other personal data may be retained for our regular business operations.

RIGHT TO ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, DELETION, AND PORTABILITY
We are responsible for the processing of personal data of our clients and other individuals we do business with.
